Unwrapping The New Year
New Year’s Eve always carries a range of emotions. The timer is up for all the goals you had, weight you wanted to lose, promises you made to yourself, ect. It’s time to close the door to all the regrets you’ve made, all the things you’ve accomplished + dreams for last year. With the good + the bad, 2017 is absolutely coming to an end!
Today is a day where a lot of us will make goals, plan ahead, set schedules or write down things we would like to accomplish this upcoming year! Today is the day to set expectations!
So how high should we set our hopes? Maybe I set goals ‘too high’ last year, that didn’t happen- I don’t want to do that again right? How many goals should I make? By setting too many am I going to be overwhelmed or accomplish at least a couple?
There’s a lot of ways to do it + I know it can seem like too much hype, too much to do, or not worth doing... But for the next couple of posts I’ll give my favorite ways to unwrap the new year with unwavering hope, how to set dream shaking goals + have great expectations regardless of what last year looked like!
